1. Return Eligibility
At BlissBox, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns of unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or unsealed:
- Intimate products
- Products that come into contact with intimate areas
- Personal care items
- Any product where the sealed packaging has been opened
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and return reason
- Our team will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions
- Package the unused item in its original packaging
- Ship the item back using the provided instructions
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund
4. Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs. Please provide photos of the damaged item and packaging to expedite the process.
6. Discreet Packaging for Returns
We understand the importance of privacy. All returns are handled with the same discretion as our shipping process. Return labels do not reference the nature of the products or our company name.
