Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your BlissBox purchase. Please read our returns policy carefully to understand the process and conditions for returning items.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
  • All product seals, tags, and hygiene stickers must be intact
  • The item must not be damaged or altered in any way
  • You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)

Important Note: Due to the intimate nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned once the sealed packaging has been opened or tampered with, unless they are defective.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Items with opened or damaged packaging that affects hygiene
  • Intimate products where the hygiene seal has been broken
  • Personal lubricants, oils, or consumable products once opened
  • Sale items or items marked as "final sale"
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products

If you believe you have received a defective product, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the defect.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Service

    Email us at [email protected] or use our Contact Form to request a return. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return.

  2. Receive Return Authorization

    Our customer service team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

  3. Package Your Return

    Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging along with all accessories, manuals, and free gifts that came with the order. Include your RMA number on the outside of the package.

  4. Ship Your Return

    Ship your return to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Unless the item is defective or we made an error, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

  5. Processing and Refund

    Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Please note that depending on your credit card company or bank, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Refund Amounts

Full Refunds: You will receive a full refund of the purchase price if the item is returned in its original condition within the eligible return period.

Partial Refunds: We may issue a partial refund if the item shows signs of use, is missing parts, or is not in its original condition.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for the same product (e.g., different size or if you received a defective item), please contact our customer service team. For hygiene reasons, we can only exchange unopened products in their original packaging.

If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

Additional Information

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include photos of the damage or defect, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Warranty Claims

Many of our products come with manufacturer warranties. If your product fails during the warranty period, please contact us with details of the issue, and we will guide you through the warranty claim process.

Changed Your Mind?

We understand that sometimes a product doesn't meet your expectations. As long as the item is unused, in its original packaging, and returned within our 30-day return window, we are happy to accept returns for change of mind.
